IDX settings, Force IDX users to sign up after number of property viewings
At this point clients are either forced to register as soon as they view IDX or they don't have to register at all. This is controlled by the agent under the IDX settings. Add another setting so that agents can force registration after X number of property viewings.

IDX search PRICE RANGE settings
Add to IDX settings the ability to add custom PRICE RANGE (for Search), Realtors should be able to do this for RENTALS and SALES. Some Realtors like to provide search in $5K increments some others in $100K increments.

Add CraigsList to syndication partners
Unfortunately Craigslist does not provide any APIs for listing syndication automation but we can provide agents with a HTML code that can be copied and pasted into Craigslist.

Allow user to fix the latitude and longitude of listings
Sometimes the Lat + Long generated by the system (either from the MLS or automatically generated by Google) is not 100% accurate. Allow agents to fix the latitude and longitude by dragging and dropping the PIN manually on top of the property (allow agents to adjust the lat + long)

IDX Map search by ZIP CODE
Using RealtySoft IDX search by map feature I can only search by clicking different cities, please allow search by ZIP code as well (put the pins on top of ZIP CODES instead of CITIES)

Add the ability to see how logged in customers are using your site
Do customers who state that they want a 3 BR in Town USA for $300K search for homes with those qualities, or what do they look at outside of their expressed ranges. Be able to add Favicon
We need to be able to add the favicon-- you know the logo next the web address at the top.
This sounds like small beans but it takes five mintues of coding on RealtySoft's end and just makes a nicer package.
